"I can highly recommend this office. Dr. Oakes is a perfectionist! He pays a lot of attention to detail and will work hard to achieve only the very best smile. I was mid treatment but had to return to the UK unexpectantly. My temporary prostheses broke due to chewing on a hard toffee and when I called the office he FaceTimed me in the UK and told me how to temporarily fix it then rearranged his schedule to accommodate me the following week. I flew back to the US on a Sunday and he opened up the office that evening just for me! Less than a week later I had my next stage prostheses which is much stronger and I was back in the UK. Unbelievable service! The flexibility is superb. They will do their utmost best to accommodate you."
